Very Expensive BrowserPrivacy, for this website.
This website introduces the Very Expensive Browser hackathon prototype and lets you try local interactive examples. Its design is adapted from Yab. Preserved manuals, comparisons and release notes are labelled as a reference archive for the original product. Current Veb availability is described on the launch page.
No advertising analytics
This website does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or the original site’s tracking endpoints. Fonts and artwork are served locally.
Requests and votes
The request board stores the text you submit, a website domain, its creation date and votes in this site’s database. An anonymous device cookie keeps your votes consistent and helps limit repeated submissions. Request text is public on the board, so only submit information you want displayed there.
Preferences
Cookie choices and optional presentation preferences stay in this browser. Changing the cookie choice does not enable any analytics service.
Interactive workspaces
Workspace examples use sample data and do not contact an AI service. If you select a PDF in the requirements preview, its name, size and file header are checked in your browser; the file is not uploaded. Drafts and workspace selections are held in memory and reset when the page reloads. Copying text uses your device’s clipboard only when you press the copy button. The optional read-aloud control uses your browser’s speech service.
External links
Social references, repository links and other external destinations have their own privacy practices. The interactive browser scenes here do not access your accounts. Release links show Veb’s availability; they do not install the original Yab application.
