How it works
so, guys, this is our hackathon project!
We’re optimising it right now and getting it into your hands to test this Sunday.
It’s powered by the Codex harness, adapted to run Gemini 4 Argon. It works quietly in the background and kinda figures out what you need to get done.
There are two things about AI agents that drive me crazy, and I think they’re why most people don’t use them. This browser tackles both.
first: logging in to every integration
Veb brings over your logins from your previous browser, so it can use the apps and websites already in your workflow.
No connecting everything all over again.
and next, it proactively gets you
Veb runs a harness in the background that sets up what we call ghosts: little automations that follow AI-designed rules for exactly what you need. It spots one in your open tabs, or you just tell it.
Ghosts you can set up in a minute:
Social media
- Welcome every new followerSomeone follows you on Instagram, it sends them a short hello with your link.Cloud, 24/7
- Reply to giveaway commentsEveryone who comments on your giveaway gets a DM with the prize link, even at 3 am.Cloud, 24/7
- Post your launch everywhereYou post on X, it rewrites the post for LinkedIn and Instagram and schedules each for its best time.Cloud, 24/7
- Catch the angry commentsEvery morning you get one list of complaints and mentions to answer first, across all your accounts.Cloud, 24/7
Work
- Turn emails into tasksAn email asks you to do something, it becomes a task with the right due date.Cloud, 24/7
- Follow up after callsWhen a meeting ends, it drafts the follow-up email with the action items, ready for you to send.On your computer
- Watch your competitorsA competitor changes its pricing page, you get two lines on what changed and when.Cloud, 24/7
- Write the Friday reportEvery Friday at 16:00 it pulls the week’s numbers from your dashboards into one page.Cloud, 24/7
Money and shopping
- Price drop alertThat monitor you looked at three times drops under 2,000 kr, it tells you which shop has it cheapest.Cloud, 24/7
- Receipts into one sheetEvery receipt that lands in your inbox goes into one spreadsheet, ready for tax time.On your computer
- Catch free trialsTwo days before a free trial turns paid, it reminds you, with the cancel link.Cloud, 24/7
Everyday life
- Flat huntingA flat near DTU under 12,000 kr goes up, it messages the landlord with your intro within a minute.Cloud, 24/7
- Train checkAt 07:30 it checks your 08:12 train. Running late? You get ten more minutes in bed.Cloud, 24/7
- Unsubscribe for youOnce a week it finds the newsletters you never open and unsubscribes you.On your computer
Study
- Lecture cheat sheetsNew slides go up on your course page, it saves them and writes a one-page summary. On your computer
- Deadline radarA new assignment appears anywhere, it lands in your calendar with a reminder three days before.Cloud, 24/7
And that’s just the start.
Manage accounts through MCPs, keep an eye on competitors, get research briefs, and way, way more. Once it’s live, the best way to get it is to try it and feel how native it all is.
that ease of use
These two things are what I was missing from a browser.
And most importantly…
It kinda magically knows whether your ghost needs to run in the cloud 24/7 or can run locally on your computer, depending on what it does.
Of course, this is just the first iteration, so treat it as a fun experiment :D But it’s v1 of how we imagine an AI-powered browser of the future working. And maybe, one day, a competitor to automation tools.
the expensive part
Right now, the harness runs a very powerful model, and it costs a lot to keep it going: about €30 for one person’s 30 minutes.
BUTTT, we’re working on a solution. The plan is to power Veb with a powerful Gemma model so we can make the browser absolutely free. Pretty damn cool.
Hopefully, this Sunday you’ll all get to give it a proper test and decide whether it’s fun to use or just shit.
please roast us
Tag any of us on X: Rokas, Aiden, Benjamin, Thor or Gabija. We post a ton of shit anyway, so don’t hold back :D
We love feedback. Building, getting roasted and fixing things fast is kinda how we end up making fun stuff :)
