Passwords that follow you to your other Macs, words in pictures you can select, and a call window that looks as it was drawn.

Added

  • Passwords sync

    Sync now carries your passwords, two-factor keys, cards and addresses between your Macs, each secret sealed again inside its record. Form answers sync one question at a time, and a tab comes back on another Mac scrolled to where you were reading.

  • Words in pictures are text

    Rest the pointer on a picture and its words select like the page's. A picture with words has Copy Text in its menu, and ⌘F finds words in pictures too.

  • Ask About Image

    Ask About Image ⌘J in a picture's menu asks about the page with the picture beside it.

  • Edit a space's look

    Edit Look… in a space's menu or in ⌘T opens a card beside the column: colors, Shift with tabs, Take the site's color, and Drawings laid between the color and the grain. Reset, Use for All Spaces and More in Settings… are there too.

  • Hidden things turn to dust

    What Hide Elements takes crumbles and drifts off, as in Safari, while the page closes up at once.

  • The call window as drawn

    The island grows into the card on a spring and back to the face. Rec, Deny All beside Admit All, raised hands in Meet's order, rolling captions and reactions all have their place, and a narrow window keeps every button within reach.

  • Call chat as a thread

    While you write in the call window, the last messages stand over the field. Return keeps the field open for the next line, Return on nothing or Escape puts it away.

  • Floating video tucks as Safari's

    A floating video or call goes all the way behind the side with only a tab out, the picture blurred, and the tab it came from says it is playing in picture in picture.

  • The tucked tab as Safari's

    A tucked video or call's tab now matches Safari's: its size and corners, its chevron, and no border of its own around it.

  • Subagents as cards

    A subagent in a task's chat shows as a card with its face, what it is doing, and Show Report once it is done.

  • Pages open at once

    A page you open comes in right away, loading, instead of the last page standing in until the site answers.

  • Settings drawn with a pen

    Settings' pages and tiles are drawn with a pen. General starts with Open links in Veb and Bring In while they are still to do, and Sync starts with your Macs and how each one is.

  • The column in full screen

    In full screen the page sits as a card beside the chat's column, and the put-away column blurs the page under it.

  • The small window's color

    The small window wears its space's gradient.

  • Connect Gmail in Veb

    Connect Gmail opens Google's page in a Veb tab again, not in Safari.

  • Autocorrect follows macOS

    Autocorrect is no longer a Veb setting: pages follow macOS's own.

Fixed

  • Crashes with a tab twice

    A tab listed twice in the sidebar, from a chat or from sync, no longer crashes the tab bar or Extensions.

  • Running out of files

    Veb no longer runs out of open files after a long session, which broke drawing and starting agents.

  • Restart after an update

    Restart after an update opens the new Veb every time instead of sometimes quitting for good.

  • The new password

    A form that changes your password is offered the new one, not the one already kept.

  • Page full screen

    A page in full screen gets the right backdrop.

  • The column's side

    The chat's column follows when the tabs move from a side to the top.
